**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis and a passion for providing quality services to individuals with behavioral and/or mental health needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs.
- Implement assessment goals, behavior plans, and ongoing monitoring of progress within each client's program.
- Interface with caregivers and other professionals to communicate the rationale of behavioral intervention and provide training on positive behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
**Qualifications**
- BCBA with current certification and state licensure.
- At least 1 year experience as a Behavior Analyst providing services in various settings.
- Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate the acquisition of communication skills.
- Ability to work with clients of various abilities and develop and supervise the implementation of programs in various settings.
- Motivated, excellent work ethic, and high degree of quality work.
- Able to work independently and as a team member, demonstrating professionalism in all settings.
- Flexibility and willingness to grow and develop skills as a Behavior Analyst.
