POSITION SUMMARY
Membership Consultants are integral to the success of the organization by:


  1. Meeting and surpassing membership sales and revenue targets while promoting additional services.
  2. Enhancing member retention and satisfaction by guiding members and guests towards programs that align with their health and fitness aspirations.
  3. Delivering exceptional service to members and guests, fostering a sense of community and belonging within the facility.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Drive financial performance through new memberships and ancillary service sales:
    • Achieve or exceed personal membership sales targets by generating referrals, converting inquiries into appointments, and following up with prospects.
    • Implement the complete sales process, including assessing prospective members' needs, presenting the value of Cowboys Fit’s offerings, conducting informative tours, and closing sales.
    • Facilitate the integration of new members into personal training by scheduling onboarding sessions.
    • Meet weekly and monthly performance metrics as outlined in tracking documents.
    • Engage in weekly reviews with management to discuss sales activities.
    • Develop leads through various channels, including outreach, corporate visits, and community events.
    • Utilize the lead management system to track all prospect and member information.
    • Ensure the CRM calendar is updated and prepared for the next shift.
    • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for new members promptly.
    • Participate in team meetings, member events, and promotional planning.
    • Stay informed about competitors and suggest improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Foster a customer-centric environment:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by actively listening to members and guests, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with members to enhance their sense of community.
    • Proactively address member concerns and resolve issues within a timely manner.
    • Maintain knowledge of company services, promotions, and business practices to provide accurate information.
  3. Support the efficient operation of the club:
    • Collaborate with team members, offering support and encouragement to foster a positive work environment.
    • Maintain knowledge of all services and promotions offered by the company.
    • Become proficient in all club software systems.
    • Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
    • Attend meetings and training sessions to contribute ideas for business improvement.

Additional Duties
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Employee duties are subject to change.


WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time role. The daily schedule will vary based on club needs, including prime hours and some weekends and holidays. Team members are expected to work during peak times at the end of the month, as well as participate in special events.
