Job Summary

The Lead Cashier is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Train and guide team members on customer service, cash handling, and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Aramark's standards for cleanliness and safety
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Participate in sales floor activities, including visual merchandising and product displays
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Basic math and counting skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members
  • Ability to follow Aramark's dress code and maintain a professional appearance
