Permanent Placement Resources, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to enhance our esteemed practice.
- Join a high-volume, collaborative cardiothoracic surgery team comprised of two seasoned surgeons with a collective 50 years of experience.
- Practice focuses on 70% cardiac procedures and 30% general thoracic interventions.
- Utilize cutting-edge cardiothoracic and vascular surgical technologies, including minimally-invasive DaVinci XI Robotic Thoracic techniques, surgical management of atrial fibrillation, and participation in TAVR and Mitra-Clip programs.
- Enjoy a structured workweek with Monday to Friday scheduling, featuring four operating room days per surgeon and an average of 5 to 10 surgical cases weekly. Benefit from two dedicated cardiothoracic operating rooms supported by a specialized OR team and anesthesiologists trained in cardiac care.
- Receive robust support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including 6 Physician Assistants and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
- Engage in clinic days with an expectation of seeing 12-15 patients weekly, including rotations in multidisciplinary thoracic oncology and heart valve/TAVR clinics.
- Participate in a call schedule that is every third night and every third weekend, with strong PA support ensuring efficient patient management.
