Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough entry of lead information into our database, and provide leads with necessary information on senior living options.
  • Cultivate leads through strategic use of phone calls, community events, and home visits, accurately cataloging efforts in our lead base.
  • Provide exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for working with seniors.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions, and apply practical problem-solving skills as needed.
  • Criminal clearance and good physical health required.
