Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless service delivery, even in fast-paced environments.
  • Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in every aspect of your work.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Stay energized and motivated by maintaining a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as a barista, waiter, or bartender, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
