About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Arlington, TN. As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments. Your expertise in rehabilitation and recovery will help enhance patients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare teams.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, discharge planning, and home community care strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in acute care settings to deliver integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility policies.


Requirements:
  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Previous experience in orthopedics, home health, or outpatient settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques is a plus.
  • Knowledge of discharge planning processes and systems used in various care environments is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams are necessary for success in this role.


Compensation and Benefits:
