Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to an interdisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and recovery. Your duties will include:

  • Accurately performing patient assessments and identifying patient needs
  • Identifying and initiating appropriate nursing interventions
  • Providing care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performing timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performing timely and accurate QI assessments
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred
  • CRRN Preferred
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
