Job Summary

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that ensure our staff provides exceptional care to our residents. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with department heads to ensure training meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, comprehensive training and mentorship, opportunities for professional growth and development, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
1. Designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
2. Collaborating with department heads to ensure training aligns with our mission and values
3. Providing mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance
4. Coordinating orientation of all new employees to ensure a successful new-hire start and regulatory compliance
5. Evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements
