Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve patient function and independence.
  • Continually assess and revise patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
  • Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required. We will provide training and support to ensure your success.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned.
  • A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
