Job Summary:

Pinnacle Recruitment Services LLC is in search of a skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR department and ensure the efficient functioning of all HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking abilities and a robust background in HR management, particularly within the construction sector. As the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational objectives and uphold our dedication to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overarching business strategy.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Supervise the recruitment process to attract and retain high-caliber talent. Manage onboarding, training, and development initiatives to foster employee advancement.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive workplace by addressing employee relations matters, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring our personnel fully leverage the comprehensive offerings.
  • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance evaluation systems to guarantee employees meet organizational goals and achieve personal development.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Health & Safety: Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a secure working environment and comply with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a comparable role, preferably within the construction sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
