Job Overview

At Pinnacle Recruitment Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving employee issues.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes, including setting performance standards and providing feedback.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits. Ensure employees are informed about their benefits and assist with enrollment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee records, policies, and procedures as necessary.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, providing insights to management on workforce trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement, including organizing company events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • HR Projects: Participate in or lead HR-related projects, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
