Tasks and Responsibilities:
Possess basic computer skills and knowledge.
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism.
Engage effectively with clients by building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Meet minimum sales requirements consistently.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, such as cleaning tanning beds after clients and welcoming new clients upon arrival.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage spaces.
Work collaboratively with a team in a vibrant and fast-paced salon environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capability to bend at the waist for cleaning tanning equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting heavy items and boxes.
Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc.
Perform salon cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
