Northern Tier High Adventure Base, affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America, offers memorable wilderness canoe expeditions for scouts. Our committed personnel collaborate to create transformative experiences for thousands of youth and adults annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management and ensure dietary needs are fulfilled
  • Maintain a safe and organized food preparation area
  • Work alongside team members to deliver high-quality trail meals

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Available for the summer season
  • Capable of lifting heavy items
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and safety practices
  • Possess effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure

Work Schedule:

This seasonal role involves a work pattern of six days on with one day off, providing an immersive experience throughout the summer months.
