Position Overview
The Facility Maintenance Associate is a part-time role focused on the daily upkeep of the premises. This position encompasses a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, waste management, surface sanitation, and restroom maintenance.
This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $15.00.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive and may evolve based on the needs of the facility or specific events. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
1. Execute daily cleaning tasks according to established schedules.
2. Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
3. Prepare spaces for events by performing housekeeping duties before and after functions.
4. Complete additional tasks as assigned to maintain the cleanliness and operational success of the facility.
5. Adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines.
6. Assist in training new team members on proper cleaning protocols as directed.
7. Review event documentation to understand requirements and timelines, ensuring effective communication with supervisors.
8. Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of any repair needs.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are representative of the skills and abilities required to perform this role effectively:
- Availability to work scheduled hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid Driver's License is preferred; reliable transportation is necessary.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned projects.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards is a plus but not mandatory.
