As a key member of our Protein Engineering and Molecular Sciences team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge immune therapies at Repertoire Immune Medicines. We are focused on leveraging the human immune system to address critical health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in hands-on experimentation with mammalian and E. coli cell cultures.
- Develop and optimize production cell lines and culture conditions.
- Evaluate plasmid and host combinations to achieve optimal protein expression.
Essential Duties:
- Establish and manage working cell banks to ensure consistent research output.
- Characterize the expression of recombinant proteins for further analysis.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments in an Electronic Laboratory Notebook.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
