We are currently in search of a Natural Gas Construction Supervisor to lead our skilled workforce. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding a team in the execution of daily operations related to the installation and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems and associated utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage crew activities for the installation of natural gas distribution systems.
  • Secure all necessary licenses, permits, and materials required for project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and regular safety audits.
  • Onboard and train new team members while monitoring work hours.
  • Engage with clients and regulatory inspectors to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Essential:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in natural gas construction.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Possession of a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • OSHA 10 certification is mandatory.

Desirable:

5 or more years of experience in natural gas construction.Operator Qualification (OQ) certification.Certification in pipe fusion techniques.DOT Flagger certification.First Aid and CPR certification.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This position involves working in an outdoor setting and requires physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and operating in various weather conditions. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess excellent hand-eye coordination.
