Job Title: Massage Therapist

Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Spa La Vie inside Paragon Casino Resort and Spa.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional massage and body treatments to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the standards set by Arch Amenities Group, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Perform massage and body services that meet established guidelines, fulfilling guest needs and preferences.
  • Assess contraindications and ensure guest safety throughout the service.
  • Meet and exceed guest expectations, providing a personalized experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and recommend beneficial treatments and products.
  • Work assigned schedule, arriving and departing on time, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid state license in massage therapy or equivalent credentials.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a spa setting.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests, explain treatments, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced spa environment, with exposure to odors, fumes, and vibrations. The employee will be required to operate various tools and equipment, including massage oils, hot stones, and disinfectants.
