Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, patient counseling, and medication dispensing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
