Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our team at the Joint Replacement Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. As a member of our comprehensive facility dedicated to hip and knee joint replacement, you will partner with a team of licensed physician assistants, registered nurses, patient care associates, certified surgical technologists, licensed physical and occupational therapists, case managers, and joint replacement navigators.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform surgical procedures for hip and knee joint replacement
  • Collaborate with the Joint Replacement Center team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in academic and research opportunities through an optional appointment at Albert Einstein College of Medicine
  • Attend monthly Hand Club and weekly Grand Rounds
  • Enjoy a call schedule of approximately 1:10 or better

**Benefits and Compensation**

We offer a competitive salary of $300,000-800,000, as well as opportunities for supplemental income through productivity incentives. Additionally, we provide LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision, CME with stipend, and a 403(b) plan.

**Requirements**

  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity
  • NY State Medical License
