Senior Messaging Intelligence Manager

Your Contribution:

The initiative collaborates closely with governmental and military partners to guarantee that intelligence experts globally have consistent access to essential data through a range of support services. These services include training at the unit level, data management, review of access requests, and the upkeep of shared links to ensure users can retrieve information as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Regular oversight for identifying errors or necessary maintenance of multimedia applications utilized for intelligence reporting by users worldwide. Liaising with primary government clients and other external administrators to address high-level concerns. Collaborating with government clients and requesting entities to establish new agreements for messaging services. Facilitating and maintaining messaging operations by engaging with government clients and other organizations through the application.

Meets all qualifications and skills of a Mid-level position, plus:

  • Exhibits extensive knowledge and comprehension of the labor category activities essential for fulfilling mission objectives.
  • Displays expertise in qualitative and quantitative analytical methods and actively pursues advancements in academia or other fields impacting tradecraft methodologies. Shows capability to define comprehensive, innovative, or unique research strategies that enable thorough assessments for high-level tasks.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management challenges across organizational and intra-Intelligence Community boundaries, clearly articulating significant findings.
  • Demonstrates the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reviews analytic outputs for logical arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and sufficient support for conclusions; consistently evaluates the analytical rigor of these products.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree with 12 years of experience in an intelligence field OR Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in an intelligence field.
  • Experience: 10 years of proven experience in an intelligence discipline within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community in the last 2 years.
  • Security Clearance: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working within or alongside the military intelligence community and familiarity with various messaging types. Multiple years of experience in reading and analyzing diverse reporting formats is highly desirable.
