Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our Survey department at Maverick Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our surveyors and engineers to deliver high-quality survey projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of surveys utilizing survey data collected in the field, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, construction staking surveys, easements, right-of-ways, and as-built surveys.
  • Read and interpret property legal descriptions and related survey records.
  • Survey projects will include residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and oil and gas.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil3D; knowledge of Carlson is a plus.
  • Technical school degree and/or coursework in land surveying or civil engineering related drafting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects within deadlines.
