Fort Washington Medical Center is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology department. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment for examinations
  • Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and vascular ultrasound procedures
  • Recognize and record anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
  • Care for sonography equipment and report any issues
  • Write reports based on scan results and completion
  • Alert medical staff to any abnormalities requiring immediate attention
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
  • Current ARDMS Certification
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • One year of current experience
  • Competent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Work Schedule:

On-call coverage weeknights and weekends, weekend coverage 8a-12p, and vacation coverage
