Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a tidy kitchen, ensuring the dish area is organized and free from clutter.
  • Set up dishwashing stations, including dish machines and sinks.
  • Ensure floors remain clean and dry throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Effectively wash, stack, and store all types of dishware, including china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
  • Regularly change the water in machines and sinks every two hours or as needed, adhering to proper chemical dilution guidelines.
  • Assist with the prompt storage of food deliveries.
  • Manage trash disposal throughout the shift, ensuring full trash cans and boxes are removed at the end of each shift.
  • Oversee the organization of the dry storage area and maintain the order of storage shelves.
  • Follow the daily dish cleaning tasks as outlined.
  • Support food preparation and other duties as requested by the culinary team.
