About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Grifols, a leading global healthcare company. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest production standards and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and donors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including state and federal regulations, FDA-approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and coaching to new employees and existing staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of necessary records and reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful as an Operations Supervisor, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
  • At least 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing, with demonstrated proficiency in handling difficult situations.

Compensation and Benefits

">

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
