**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead.

**Responsibilities:**
* Expert and technical lead with proven experience in electrical engineering
* Skilled in evaluation, application, synthesis, decision making, and project management
* Expert in the Electrical Engineering Lifecycle with in-depth knowledge of electromechanical development
* Collaborate with the Electrical team to develop test procedures for board level and product level testing
* Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project and program goals

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Reverse engineering and detailed design of legacy PCBA and electrical components and subsystems
* Conceive, develop, and implement creative design solutions to improve manufacturability and prevent the recurrence of defects
* Create and modify PCBA design packages and electrical component specifications
* Review and approve PCBA design packages for release to contract manufacturers
* Engineering modeling and analysis of electrical systems
* Meeting program schedule and deliverable goals
* Documenting activities and results

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with medical device development
* Familiarity with ISO 14971, IEC , IEC 62304, IEC , and/or IEC standards
