Job Overview

We are a National Business Management Firm based in West Los Angeles, seeking a seasoned leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our clients in the entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Entertainment Business Management, with a strong background in QuickBooks, Datafaction, and MS Office. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to review and prepare financial statements with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with clients and partners to build smooth and transparent relationships
  • Lead and manage account managers and bookkeepers within your group
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Ensure the accuracy of all work generated in your group, including year-end tax packages
  • Handle client requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our firm offers a competitive compensation package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
