Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team at Yale New Haven Health. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Implement safe and effective anesthetic care for patients
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and obtain patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
  • Monitor patients' physiological conditions and perform clinical interventions as needed
  • Document patient care in the anesthesia record
Qualifications
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) completion of a nurse anesthesia educational program
  • Current State of Connecticut nursing license and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
  • Experience as a CRNA in the given specialty/service line is preferred but not required
