Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving excellence in anesthesia services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct thorough anesthesia apparatus safety tests and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and advance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Licensure: Current State of Connecticut Nursing License and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.
  • Experience: Clinical working experience preferred but not required.
  • Special Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
