Daily Responsibilities

  • Prepare for advancement in leadership roles (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant to the General Manager) by actively pursuing personal and professional development.
  • Guide your team to become experts in car wash services, assisting customers in selecting the ideal washes and memberships.
  • Ensure safety and efficiency by directing customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the car wash, ensuring all areas are guest-ready at all times.
