Rapidly growing construction company, Cross Resource Group, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Superintendent to lead our federal government construction projects. We require an individual with a strong background in construction management and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets the required standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Minimum 7 years of commercial construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years in federal government construction and quality control management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and ensuring quality control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with government specifications and quality control procedures.
- Corps of Engineers quality control (CQC) training and certification within the last five years.
- Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
- Completed OSHA 30-Hour construction safety course and 40 Hour Construction Safety Hazard Awareness Training Course.
