We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Helpers - Fairfax. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their daily routines are completed with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to clients, following their Assessment's and Care Plan's to ensure their daily needs are met.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL's), such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Transport clients to and from appointments, and accompany them as needed.
  • Update clients, their families, and office staff on client's condition through effective communication.
  • Observe and report any noticeable changes in a client's mood, health, or behavior.
  • Engage clients in light exercises and activities to promote physical and mental well-being.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of home healthcare experience.
  • Active CNA license/certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel to cities within the Northern VA area & Loudoun County.
  • Flexible availability is a plus.
