Job Overview

Position: Flight Operations Instructor

Location: Multiple Locations

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Flight Operations Instructor at GoJet Airlines is a pivotal full-time role, reporting directly to the Flight Operations Training Manager. This position requires a thorough understanding of company protocols and procedures. The primary responsibility of the instructor is to deliver Initial, Recurrent, and Upgrade Ground School and Simulator Training, while also being open to additional responsibilities as necessary. Instructors play a significant role in shaping the learning experience of trainees and are viewed as representatives of Flight Operations Management, expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in Part 121 Operations is essential.
  • CL-65 Type Rating is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess or have previously held an FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate, along with relevant instructing experience.
  • Applicants should ideally reside in the Phoenix, AZ area or be willing to relocate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain a well-organized and structured classroom and simulator environment.
  • Ensure that each student is equipped with the necessary materials for their respective courses or simulator events.
  • Deliver course content in a professional and engaging manner, adhering to GoJet Airlines' approved training protocols and standard operating procedures.
