Core Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing branch operations to ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Investigating and resolving transaction and cash discrepancies.
  • Recruiting, supervising, and managing the performance of service line associates.
  • Accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
  • Enhancing customer awareness and understanding of bank services, including digital banking options.
  • Connecting customers with other branch team members or bank partners who can address their financial needs.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch management, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience. Management or supervisory experience in banking is preferred. Required skills include financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services, as well as operations management capabilities.
