POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities in overseeing personnel and orchestrating patient care operations. Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals and ancillary service providers. Act as a mentor and exemplary figure for all team members. Reports directly to a Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, or Administrative Director.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must possess a degree from an accredited nursing institution with a valid RN license in the State of Texas. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory. National certification (e.g., CCTC, CCTN, etc.) in a relevant specialty is essential. A minimum of three years of recent, full-time experience in a hospital or clinic setting is required.

Proof of completion of courses in line with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider standards is necessary.


LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

A current license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners to practice as a registered nurse is required.

Must hold a valid AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider certification.
