Job Title: Patient Care Advocate

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Advocate to join our team of clinical support staff. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients in taking back their lives by helping them understand their treatment options and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between patients and their providers to ensure seamless communication and care.
  • Deliver a personalized patient experience at our clinics, focusing on empathy and understanding.
  • Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and develop personalized care plans.
  • Consult with patients to gather information about their symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
