Patient Care Advocate

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Advocate to join our team of clinical support staff. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients in taking back their lives by helping them understand their treatment options and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and their providers to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Deliver a personalized patient experience at our clinics, focusing on empathy and understanding.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and develop personalized care plans.
- Consult with patients to gather information about their symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
