Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver and report on speech therapy treatment for all clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment within company timelines
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions
  • Ensure clients and families receive high-quality care through a caring and compassionate approach
  • Work with other healthcare professionals, providing education and training as required
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company policies
  • Train new speech therapy team members on job functions
  • Maintain client and staff safety by following cleaning policies
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager for clinical in-services and continuing education
  • Perform other duties as delegated, required, or requested
Requirements
  • Must be licensed as required in the state of Texas
  • Maintain current licensure
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Maintain current CPR certification
  • Strong collaboration skills and motivation to work with people at all levels
  • Must be able to manage self by statistics and abide by conditions
  • Candidates must be willing and eager to work with adult and pediatric populations
