Job Overview

Supervisory Role

This position does not entail any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

Employees in this role may frequently encounter fumes, airborne particles, moving machinery, and vibrations. Occasional exposure to extreme conditions at construction sites is expected, with a loud noise level. Employees may also face wet or humid conditions, exposure to toxic substances, and risks associated with working at heights.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position include:

  • Regularly communicating verbally and audibly.
  • Frequently standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks.
  • Occasionally sitting, climbing, or balancing.
  • Regularly lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
  • Specific vision capabilities required include close and distance vision, color perception, and depth perception.

Position Type and Work Hours

This is a full-time role, with work hours typically from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required based on job demands.

Travel Requirements

Travel within the service area is anticipated, including occasional overnight stays at job sites.
