Job Summary:

The Front Desk Fitness Attendant is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Members by providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless check-in process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all Members and Guests check-in promptly and are addressed by name.
  • Answer telephones professionally and direct calls to the appropriate areas.
  • Stay knowledgeable about club amenities, programs, and events to provide personalized service and promote the facility.
  • Provide towel and water service to Members while they exercise.
  • Notify supervisors of Member/Guest complaints and rectify issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
