Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents, under the orders of a physician, using a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat residents using occupational therapy procedures and assistive devices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Ohio Occupational Therapy license
  • An Occupational Therapist degree (Masters or Doctorate)
