About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work with our patients and families to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. As an Occupational Therapist, you will use your expertise to assess and evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide age-appropriate occupational therapy to promote independence and functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and treatment teams to establish goals and promote patient-centered care
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients of all ages, including children, adults, and older adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functionality
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
  • Healthcare provider CPR certification through the American Heart Association
