About the Opportunity

Community Health Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Fall Creek Family Medicine Practice. As a Nurse Practitioner with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Highlights of the Role

This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work in a single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC). Additionally, this role has no call requirements, allowing you to have a better work-life balance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, as well as current national certification in your field. You must also be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
