Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

ATN HEALTH is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary health care services to patients in a variety of settings, including urgent care and community health. This includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic health conditions, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary health care services to patients in urgent care and community health settings
  • Conduct physical exams and diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing from a university accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of Florida
  • Current National Board Certification from ANCC or AANP as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Experience in primary health care or urgent care, clinical oncology, geriatrics, intensive care, or community and family health
