Job Description and Duties
The Secretary of State's Business Operations Bureau is seeking a highly skilled Staff Services Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our bureau, you will be responsible for managing and evolving complex administrative support functions, working closely with the Business Operations Bureau Chief and other leadership within the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fiscal functions, including personnel, budget, management analysis, and administrative services.
- Provide program evaluation and planning, policy analysis, and resource management.
- Work independently with excellent follow-through on tasks, assignments, and large projects.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply and interpret current laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to address multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
