Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Integrated Talent Strategies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain all equipment and machines to ensure uptime goals are met.
  • Inspect machinery for defects and potential problems, and repair or replace parts as required.
  • Ensure all fluid levels are maintained at appropriate levels in respective equipment and machinery.
  • Order replacement parts, fluids, and consumables through the Assembly Maintenance Team Leader.
  • Modify equipment and machinery as directed within guidelines.
  • Locate and determine reason for failures and carry out necessary repairs or modifications.
  • Work closely with departmental personnel in coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot, repair or replace all components on equipment.
  • Participate in coordination of projects within the department and Advanced Quality Planning activities.
  • Fabricate equipment as required.
  • Only perform work that you have the proper skills, ability and training to perform.
  • Repair and maintain equipment at off-site sequencers as required.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field of study or 6 years of direct job-related experience preferred.
  • PLC experience required.
