This role will be responsible for managing financial and accounting duties for Constellation PowerLabs LLC, working closely with vendors and suppliers to create contracts and ensure timely invoicing and cash collections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial software and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing vendor relationships and creating contracts
  • Performing accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and cash collections
  • Maintaining and improving the work management system for Constellation PowerLabs
  • Providing guidance to admin support staff on purchasing and credit card reconciliation
  • Maintaining financial accountability through standard policies and procedures
