**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures to prevent technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operational systems to meet contractual Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational activities to ensure system uptime and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and rectify technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS, and VM environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and with good analytical/conceptual thinking.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of VPN, firewall appliances, and Cisco routers/switches is an advantage.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, and candidates with more complexity of experience will be considered for a senior role.
