**Job Description:** Preschool Educator

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Educator to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a Preschool Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged infants to preschool level.

**Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement educational programs that promote cognitive, social, and physical development.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Supervise children during meals, playtime, and rest periods, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide positive guidance, resolving conflicts with patience and respect while encouraging good behavior.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with parents, conveying progress, concerns, and achievements.
