Preschool Worker

Salary: $15.00 hourly

Job Overview: The Early Childhood Educator will work directly with 0-5 years old children under the Motheread program, supervising and monitoring their physical safety, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative activities and foster critical and motor skills development
• Recognizing and respecting the variety of experiences and contributions represented by all members of our community, the Early Childhood Educator will encourage a learning environment where everyone is supported and valued
• Maintain children's daily attendance and keep records of each child's progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Motheread Story Exploring training certification
• Experience working with young children
• Bilingual
