Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans and ensure a cohesive approach to communication development.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs, prioritizing their needs and adapting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • SLP Requirements:
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Valid Indiana SLP license.
  • CFY Requirements:
    • Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Eligible for Indiana Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
